Domèstiques is a laboratory to research and drive housing cooperatives under transfer of use. The laboratory’s main objective is to root this housing model to the Valencian context throughout its combined soul of research and action. We aim to develop this task altogether with different local stakeholders, including the vision of the quadruple helix: public administration, private sector, academia, civil society.

Domèstiques believes in cooperative housing as a crucial tool to ensure the ecological transition while ensuring social justice. We organise our actions in three core ideas, environmental sustainability and energy efficiency; community and social return; and diversity, inclusion, and gender perspective.
